How to unlock the Memory pieces achievement in Loop Hero - Definitive Guide
This is for defeating the Final Boss at the end of Chapter IV.
Unlike previous Chapters, you will face more than one boss. Four, to be exact. All of the previous bosses plus Omega. You need to keep an eye on your build progress and plan carefully so you don’t trigger a boss fight accidentally. The bosses all fight the same, with slightly upgraded abilities.
The Lich doubles the radius for spawning Lich Palace tiles.
The Priestess spawns two angels instead of one.
The Hunter refills his health fully when a Hound is killed.
Finally, Omega will delete all your cards and inventory items (not equipped items). Then, he will temporarily disable skills and equipment with each attack, making the fight somewhat luck based. If you die, close the game without retreating and load back up. You’ll start at the beginning of the fight.
My Chapter IV Deck for Rogue:
Village
Suburb
Blood Grove
Spider Cocoon
Cemetery
Forest
Desert
River
Oblivion
Outpost
Smiths Forge
Vampire Mansion
Spam Forest/Thicket next to a River to max your attack speed. Place Outposts, Smith Forges, and Hungry Grove to affect the boss square. For a Hungry Grove, build a Blood Grove then delete the tree source. Once you have a good foothold, you can absolutely load the map with spiders and cemeteries, put outposts on them, and breeze through. The only place I ever have trouble is the Priestess. If I get past her, it’s usually smooth sailing.
