How to unlock the Tripped achievement in Loop Hero - Definitive Guide
There are a few ways to unlock this but they are all dependent on one crux: The Swamp tile. You unlock this tile by building the herbalist hut in your home village.
The swamp tile damages you for healing on it, and this counts both in and outside of battle. So that being said: you could line a bunch of swamps up, throw on some Regen gear and hope you walk across one at critical health; but there's a way that involves a very small amount of RNG but makes it a guarantee.
Upon leveling you get to roll a Trait. There are different tiers, but one of the most common is called Blissfull Ignorance.
This trait fills your hand with Oblivions and makes it so each does 10% healing.
Best whichever boss you're confident against and hope for this trait to pop up. If it doesn't but you get the reroll trait that's a second free try.

- Play swamp tiles
- Play and level up to earn traits
- Pick the trait Blissful Ignorance
- Stop on a swamp tile and spam Oblivions until you eat it.

Put the Suburbs card in your deck and load the map with 'em. That way you level up a lot and get more chances at getting the Blissful Ignorance trait.
Also use Bookery so you can exchange cards and get all the Swamps and Suburbs you want.

TLDR:
Use swamp card and with Antique wardrobes stacked in stored furniture. Once weak, stand on swamp and equip items to die out of combat. Ensure max health is kept low and all passive healing effects are limited so you don't heal while looping back to swamp.
Easiest solution - I managed this first try after figuring this out:
This requires the swamp card, as healing while on this tile damages you. Keep deck as small as possible to increase chance of drawing a swamp. I used Warrior though made sure not to equip armour as this increases max health.
This solution requires the Antique Wardrobe furniture supply item. This item heals the player for 5hp each time an item is equipped e.g. swords, shields etc. Stack as many of these wardrobes as you can as they stack ( 6 wardrobes =30 healing per item equipped).
Fill up your inventory with items as you start looping, make sure not to equip anything which increases max health. Land on the swamp tile and while outside of combat equip the items to bring your health down to zero. If you get yourself very low continue to loop until you reach the swamp tile again.
I was struggling with the amount of potions I had, to solve this I demolished the potion building (herbalist's hut) and rebuilt as level 1, this building is required for the swamp card.
This reduces the RNG of the achievement drastically, easy to grind for Antique wardrobes once in the end game with Alchemy

You will need to take the swamp card, get the skill blissful ignorance (Fills your hand with oblivion cards and each use of this card heals the hero by 10% of the maximum HP) When you stand on the point with the swamp, you need to activate the skill and be given cards in your hand. Next, use oblivion cards on any buildings and cells (except for the swamp on which you are standing. Bring your life bar to zero and the achievement is yours.
PS By taking this skill, from each oblivion you are healed by 10%, and on a square with a swamp, the treatment deals you damage in the amount in which you would have been treated.
