In the desert region you will find some bones from a rather large corpse this is the entrance to reptile island in order to go there you must eliminate all of the snakes in the desert without killing the enemy that pops up below your feet. Make sure to keep moving and do not rush it too much as the enemies will drop your health very quickly in the desert.
