I recommend saving this achievement for last if you didn’t get it naturally. Just load up the first level. Spam 
through the little tutorial at the beginning and just walk away from the game. Come back in 30 mins or so and just finish the level. Achievement will pop once you finish the level.

Hi sorry don't understand the way u written this play.for 30.mins finish level.? Achievement says 60 mins or do mean play for the last 30.mins left ?

I think the point being made is that, doing the eleven levels, you'll have almost certainly racked up thirty minutes of play time. So by the time you're finishing up you'll need to do thrity minutes or so.
