Hi guys,
So this boss fight will be relatively easy compared to the others. He has some strong attacks but hence his size, he is relatively slow so once you managed to dodge him you will be able to deal some damage.
He will have his usual health bar like the other bosses and another yellow bar below it which is like a stagger bar. The key here is that you will have to deal enough damage to his ankle to stagger him.(These damages will reflect on the yellow bar) Once he is in a staggered state you will be able to damage his health. I`d recommend an energy potion to be used or the rage mode for warriors because you don`t want to run out of juice as you got the chance to do some real damage.
His attacks are pretty basic:
He has a projectile attack which is technically 3 poison clouds/mists.
If you are far enough he can also charge at you similar to the champion.
A 2 swing attack that can be dodged and then you could take in 2-3 hits.
If you stay close to him long enough he has a 3 smash attack which will also comes with some spikes from the ground. Each hit will generate a wider circle of the spikes around the beast. Try to either block or roll.(I`d only recommend rolling if your weight load is below 50% otherwise you will be rolling to some additional spikes)
And last he has a powerful 1 swing attack that also comes with projectiles. Make sure that you roll to the side again.
This been said, make sure that you side roll when he swings and use any skills(like STAB) or Gauntlet once you dodged his charge attack.
PS: if you manage to defeat the beast without stepping into the poison mist you will get
special weapon from him called the Stain. It falls into the hammer category and it`s pretty useful for warriors. (base damage: 123)

This seems to be bugged. I killed him several hours ago, and I just noticed as I exited the game a few minutes ago that it hadn't popped yet. I did make the mistake of quick resuming the game. So that could be why. Hopefully, it will pop on NG+ if not, the next time I load the game.

Great fight with a good strategy. Mine was different however : instead of knocking the beast's head when it was stunned, I headed to its back legs and my Dps/combos doubled up since there's nearly no space between them, making you hit them both with your weapon. Even deadlier with Rogue ability.

Seems that mobility is the key here. I have a slow, fully armoured tank with a heavy axe. I could barely dogde his attacks and only go one or two hits before he regained strength. Will try a lighter gear and weapon this time around.

H! I found this video on youtube that shows how kill the Beast final boss getting the special condition for the weapon: kill him without stepping into the poison mist.

Stay close and hit his legs, he will drop after a few hits and give you his face to smack for a few seconds. His club swipes can be avoided by rolling and his stomps don't take to much energy. He does have an overhead two hand club smash that will one hit you so avoid that at all costs. I found it better to stay tight to him and keep whacking away at his legs until he drops his head.
