can you still do this and get the 9 hearts achievement?

Sorry to say mate, but your english is very hard to understand. I mean, what does this mean, for example: "you should of done this just playing so talk to him again incase" ?

by that i mean, as your going through the game there is a very good chance you already cleared the room that he's going to ask you to clear out , so always talk to him just incase you did

I have to agree with English Ender. Your guides are appreciated but the presentation leaves much to be desired. The same goes for your videos, I have to listen with the sound off as at the best of times you are hard to follow.

Thanks for this I was worried he was still in the citadel, now full of enemy humans. Off to the lab and my 30 gs.

I just wanted to give some constructive feedback and hope you will take it as so. You're solution is very difficult to read and badly laid out. Nearly the entire 'Checklist' of things you need to do is crammed into one poorly punctuated paragraph. Please don't take this as some kind of dig at lack of grammar perfection, I am not great at grammar myself. The simple lack of full-stops is probably the element that makes it most difficult.

May I suggest a numbered checklist layout instead? For example;

"You will need to take the following steps as you play through the game;

1) Near the start of the game chop off the monks arm and then give him a potion.

2) Find the monk on your way to meet Antanas later in the game. He can be located just before the spiral stair case in the room on the right opposite the makeshift hospital. Talk to him to receive a quest to clear his lab, then again to inform him it has been completed. You will likely have cleared this on the way, in case you haven't his lab is in the following location;

- Near the start of the game, just before you fight the commander boss, there are two towers between which you will have found the gauntlet.
- From the top of the south tower, head down two flights of stairs killing enemies as you go. Be aware of the large spider at the bottom if you haven't already killed him. Once clear enter the door to his lab.

3) Once the lab is cleared and you have spoken to the monk the second time he will relocate to the above lab. Head back there to talk to him.

4) Speak to the monk in the lab and he will request Tyrant Hearts to upgrade your health potions. You will need 4 for the first upgrade and to unlock the achievement.

Further information:

- The Tyrant Hearts come from the centaur like enemies who heal their health when you get their health to 'zero.' They put out a red 'life-link' line to a vase, when you follow this red link to find the golden vase you can smash it and pick up the heart. This also renders the enemy no longer immortal. You first encounter them in the Realm of Rhogar.

- You can upgrade your potions more than once if you have enough hearts though it isn't necessary for the achievement."

You are welcome to use this alternate version if you agree it is slightly clearer and easier to read. It is still your guide, just restructured for ease of reading and following. Hopefully it helps.
