This is a great guide. Since you don't use magic that much, you can shoot with your gauntlet once he's done his big jump and starts to melee you thrice. Your weapon is good too though you can increase damage with the enhanced weapon in the catacombs; best with the warrior imo.

H! I found this video on youtube that shows how kill the Annihilator Boss getting the special condition for the weapon: kill it with lightning elemental damage.
