I just want to mention that if you are following the written walkthrough, make sure when you are trying to get the first piece of armor (Consecrated head piece), you use prayer on one of the pressure plates and then run and stand on the other one in order to open the door. I was confused for awhile because the walkthrough did not mention this. Make sure to clear out all enemies first!

Hi,
this achievement is to be obtained by getting 4 of the collectibles in the DLC of Lords of the fallen. For this achievement you have to find 4 coffins. Open them, loot them and you'll get the achievement after you have looted the 4th one.
Since the labyrinth is a pain in the ass (in my opinion) with it's several levers and rotating walls, I suggest you either stick to the video below to find them or refer to the excellently written guide to the game here on TA.
If you use the video, go to minute 7 in the video.
If you use the guide go to the last section called "DLC". You'll find all the collectibles written in bold letters.

I think it is important for anyone watching this. When he shows you the lever at 2:17, and continues through, he gets to a place at 2:52 where there is an unpassable DOOR. This door is open for him because he has recorded this after having already opened the door. This door is opened when you enter the 3rd ring, on the second option. After doing this, backtrack to where he was on 2:17 and the passage will be open. Hope this saves people the time I wasted.
