This is the first DLC achievement you will get. It's basically unmissable.
After you have defeated THE BEAST (one of the bosses in the main game), visit the blacksmith an an anvil (anywhere in the game). He will take you to the Labyrinth.
Follow the path, save at the red crystal and turn right. Go down the path to the labyrith entrance. There is an NPC at the end of the path. Talk to him and the achievent will pop.
