Once you have defeated the Keeper. Return to the Mysterious Stranger, after a short conversation you will get an Item called Fading Fragments. Take this item to Crafter/Blacksmith and ask him about it. He will tell you that it can be crafted into a set of Armor, make a choice on which one you want and then back out of the conversation and you will get the armor you chose and the achievement.
