How to unlock the A Trace of Venom achievement in Lords of the Fallen - Definitive Guide

Kukajin of The Envenomed quest can be started by going to Forsaken Fen and completing the Save the Petrified Woman and then speaking to Kukajin once she relocates to Skyrest Bridge.
You will need Cleansing Spring or Sanctify radiant spell to be used on the petrified woman that sings in the Forsaken Fen. Once she is cleansed you will need to exhaust her dialog then you will need to rest and visit her at Skyrest Bridge in order to start her quest. She is down the stairs behind the vestige in one of the open cell area to the right.
Note: If you don't do these steps before beating the Hushed Saint then you have locked yourself out of her questline.
As a companion, Kukajin will give you Kukajin Invoice, which is the payment she expects to receive each time she helps you out in fighting Bosses. Make sure you die the first encounter to be able to summon her into the boss fight otherwise you won't get the required invoice to progress her questline.
Nearest Vestige: Vestige of Valade in Forsaken Fen and Vestige of Ethryg in Skyrest Bridge.
The bosses you need to use her on are:

If you plan to do an NG+0 run, I would recommend waiting until then to do this quest. She's not particularly effective as a summon, imo.

If you don't ever call her in a fight, the quest still fails and you don't get neither this achievement, nor the other one for all bosses. She will be sitting at the hub forever.
