This trophy will unlock after the first run through of Career Mode, as the credits start rolling at the end of each playthrough. 

Alternatively, you can get it before then by going to the Main Menu > Options > Credits.

Whichever way you do it, the trophy will unlock at the very beginning of the credits and you can quit with  as soon as you desire.
