This will take a while to do and I would suggest doing Thrill Seeker (50 single player wins) and Expedition (win 20 times in 2v2 maps) first. As that's 70 wins right there. Then do the Great Adventurer (20 wins in 1v1 online) and that'll bump you up to 90 wins. So now you only have 210 to go.
So just grab a partner to play with online like you did in for Great Adventurer. Set the match to one vs one with a win of 1 round. Play one card, then you both discard until you win. Rinse and repeat until you get to 20.
Of course if you're both going for the 300, take turns on who wins so you'll stay even while working towards the goal.
