Find and defeat the Shadowman once and for all.
How to unlock the Closure achievement in Lost in Random - Definitive Guide
EDIT: This achievement is very missable. Make sure you choose the correct dialogue options.
Thanks to those that commented for pointing this out.
If you want a video guide:
'Onslaught o' has one on his YouTube channel.
All credit goes to him for the video.

For those of you who want a more traditional text based guide:
This achievement is gotten in Sixtopia, the last level of the game.
Upon starting the level if you contiue through to the point where you are in some sort of cave.
Once inside, if you explore you will be able to talk to people locked behind 'gates' almost, they are coloured black.
It is on the second level we want to be. Once there, walk through the doorway its made of stone. (it reminded me of walking under a bridge.)
Keep going straight and to your right there will be another prompt to talk to someone locked up.
This should be the 'Shadow Man'
It definitely matters what you say to him!!!
I chose the options that say you don't remember him and that you figured the Queen was involved. Then all of the next options should be the ones that pity him, just keep choosing the pity options.
Note: Finding him is when you are looking for the cell with your 'Narrator' inside.
If you get to the cell and begin speaking to your 'Narrator' then you've gone slightly too far.
After that dialogue then just turn around and go back down the walkway and the 'Shadow Man' cell will be on the right

Thanks for the guide.
it probably is important what you tell him. i didn't use the pity options and though i got the card afterwards, i got no acvhievment/trophy and couldn't talk to him again.

I'm backing up twoflowers, it definitely matters what you say. I found and conversed with him and got his card but didn't get the 'chieve.
It wasn't until I entered the Palace that I got an inkling I'd missed something and am now having to play the whole thing again for that one, very missable (and needs marking as such) achievement.
Good game 1st time through, not so much a 2nd time.

Missable.
You'll first encounter the Shadowman in Threedom. You can find him in Mullgrow Alley after you complete a small quest to "sniff out all the lights". You'll encounter him a few more times before he'll eventually "disappear" at the end of your time in Threedom. Progress your way through Fourburg and Fivetropolis. When you reach Sixtopia, progress through the area until you eventually reach an area with a bunch of jail cells (this will be just after you rescue Seemore). The cell you're looking for holds the Narrator and will be marked with a yellow "!". Just before this cell (just down the hill from it), will be a cell just next to a small cliff side. The Shadowman is in this cell.
Talk with him and choose any dialogue up to the point where Even can say "I pity you". She must choose this option to trigger the achievement. If you don't choose it, the dialogue will play out and the achievement won't unlock. If this happens, immediately exit back to the main menu and load the game back up. You'll get another chance to do it right. When you choose the "I pity you" option, an alternative dialogue sequence will happen and when the Shadowman is done being mopey, the achievement will unlock.
