I defeated her, but no achievement. I wonder if the dialogue matters. I told her to not be here when I returned.

I set triplet bombs at her feet, then blew them up with my Spear of 4. Then I poked her a couple times with said spear. Of course, I got electrocuted, but the bombs dropped her HP so low that it didn't matter.
