Lost Judgment

For this achievement, you'll need to complete all 70 TownGo City Missions, which are completion metrics that are not tied to a single location. To check your current progress, pull up Yagami's phone (), open the TownGo app and navigate to City Missions.

Note that you won't be able to check off all completion requirements until the Finale.

***Exploration***
- Earn a total of ¥10,000,000.
You'll most likely get this while going for the other completion requirements, but Dice & Cube is by far the best way to grind this out. Play Long Course (Standard Rules) for the best returns. Feel free to spend any money you earn as this is cumulative.

- Travel 100km on foot or by skateboard.
This will come naturally as you're trying to complete everything else. Obviously I recommend using the skateboard over running, as it'll be much faster.

- Have 100,000 Skater Points.
The most important thing to note is that this isn't cumulative, you need to have all 100,000 points on you at once. That said, you should make decent progress towards this while going for the Skateboarding completion in TownGo School. The rest of the points can technically be grinded out by collecting the coins as you skate throughout the city, but that method is painfully slow. I recommend finding a skateboarding race you're comfortable with and playing it over and over for a cool 5,000+ points per minute.

- Return 10 lost items to their owners.
There's no way to guarantee encountering these, you'll just have to keep your eyes open. If you run or skate through busy areas, you will sometimes encounter a glittering item on the ground. When you pick it up, it'll say "Lost Item". Now you need to find its owner, which is a pedestrian marked by a big green arrow fewer than 10 steps away from the item. Talk to the owner and you'll give the item back, receiving a reward. Repeat 9 more times for the completion.

- Take 100 photos.
Photo ops do count towards this, but there are only few in the game. Pull up Yagami's phone (), open the camera app or drone gadget, and spam . Easy enough.

- Use your drone for a total of 60 minutes.
60 minutes is a very long time and you likely won't even get close through doing Side Cases and Squirrel Searches - I recommend just going AFK to wait this out. Pull up Yagami's phone (), open the drone gadget and go do something else for a bit.

- Eat at restaurants 50 times.
This is about the number of times you order food, not about the amount of food ordered, so there's a chance you won't get this even when you've completed the TownGo Shop Missions. Consider buying The Art of Gluttony from Onodera's Wares for 50,000 SP and then buying the skill Bottomless Stomach for 40,000 SP. This will let you eat even when your health is full. The cheapest food in the game is the Scone at M Side Café for a measly ¥180.

- Drink 15 different types of alcohol in bars.
You'll get this while going for the TownGo Shop Missions. Consider buying the Barfly skill for 600 SP, the Boozehound skill for 2,500 SP, and the Borderline Alcoholic skill for 20,000 SP. Make sure to stock up on water and soft drinks, as they lower your drunkenness when used.

- Take a taxi 20 times.
You really shouldn't have to grind this out with how much you'll be traveling by taxi during the main story alone, but in case you need to know, this'll cost about ¥10,000 total.

- Play minigames 30 times.
You'll get this guaranteed while going for the TownGo Shop Missions.

- Play all 8 non-DLC games on the SEGA Master System.
Here it is, you knew it was coming - the secretly complex completion requirement. The problem isn't so much playing the games, this can be done at the Master System in the Yagami Detective Agency. The problem is obtaining the games:

• Alex Kidd in Miracle World: You start with this.
• Enduro Racer: Buy from Benten Pawn for ¥5,500 from Chapter 8 onwards.
• Fantasy Zone: Buy from Deco Rush for ¥5,500.
• Maze Hunter 3-D: Take out your detective dog just west of the Tsurukame Poppo. If it starts barking it'll have found the game, so follow it and pick up the item.
• Penguin Land: Buy from Ebisu Pawn in Kamurocho for ¥5,000.
• Quartet: Buy from the Gambling Hall for 2,500 Wooden Tags.
• Secret Command: Complete all 41 non-DLC Side Cases, then pick up Side Case 42: A Final Request ~Reprise~ from the Yokohama 99 job board. Make sure to stock up on healing items, you have been warned. Complete the case and you'll be rewarded with this game.
• Woody Pop: Complete the Squirrel Search in the hallway leading to Charles.

- Use 100 extracts.
Extracts can be crafted from anywhere if you have the materials, or they can be bought from an Extract Shop for ¥54,000 each. Because crafting materials are scarce, it's easier to just spend ¥5,400,000 on extracts and be done with it. You can consume extracts while another is still active to override its effect, this will still count towards the total. The extract samples from the DLC will also count towards this. If you're going the crafting route, consider chasing the skill books Ramblings of a Hermit (250 Shogi Points) and The Walkin', Talkin' Hermit (Squirrel Search across from Smile Burger in Kamurocho) - then buy the skills Extract Virtuoso: Conservative (10,000 SP) and Extract Virtuoso: Double (20,000 SP).

- Gather 500 materials.
500 materials seems like a lot, but you'll get this sooner than you expect. Simply walk over the while lines on the street when you see them. One important thing to note is that using the detective dog will grant two materials per pickup.

- Find all 16 keywords with the Buzz Researcher, not including keywords from the DLC.
You can find keywords at hangout spots, or more commonly during Side Cases. To find a keyword, pull up Yagami's phone () and open the Buzz Researcher app. Select Search by Keyword, you want to check each of these off by finding the correct location and marking it. Here's where you unlock new keywords:

• UFO: Found just outside Seiryo High School at night.
• phantom ramen stall: Unlocked during Side Case 11: The Forbidden Taste, selected from the Yokohama 99 job board.
• casino: Unlocked during the Casino School Story. If you're stuck at 15/16 keywords but have all keywords checked off, try searching this one again.
• fleeing overnight: Complete Side Cases 21-28.
• noise, arachnid man, listening device, body model: Unlocked automatically during the story.
• kappa: Unlocked during Side Case 6: Where the Kappa Roam, started from Tsurukame Poppo.
• robbery, Office Alone 4: Unlocked during Side Case 3: The Café Robber, started from Tenkaichi St..
• stalker: Found at hangout spots around Theater Square.
• Yagami, saw, fraud, threaten: Unlocked during Side Case 41: Takayuki Yagami: Evil Detective?, started from Yagami Detective Agency.

- Walk the dog for 10km.
You likely won't even get close through doing Side Cases and Squirrel Searches. Pull up Yagami's phone (), open the detective dog gadget and walk across town. You can hold to walk just a tiny bit faster.

- Play with cats 100 times.
You'll unlock the ability to play with cats after Side Case 11: The Forbidden Taste, selected from the Yokohama 99 job board. From then on, cats are located at the pawprints on the map. Call the cat by their correct name, then stare, pet or feed the cat. After that, move away until the pawprint appears on the minimap again and return to your feline friends.

***Battle***
- Activate 100 EX Actions.
An EX Action is triggered by pressing in combat when the prompt comes up. You should get this one naturally.

- Break 200 objects in battle.
Both weapons and scenery will count for this. If you want to get this quickly, lure enemies into a convenience store and smash away.

- Defeat 200 enemies during an EX Boost.
To activate an EX Boost, press in combat. While this boost is active, I found it easiest to use Tiger Style and spam . If you want to make your life easier, get the Boost EX Gauge and EX Extension skills (65,600 SP total), Multi Top 3 (¥200,000 at Coming Boon), Multi-Leggings 3 (DLC Side Case 51 or ¥200,000 at Coming Boon), EX Enhancement Belt (Hotel District Squirrel Search) and EX Maintainer Belt (10,000 Batting Points at the Batting Center or ¥52,900 at Coming Boon).

- Defeat 1,000 enemies in street encounters, 500 enemies in Tiger Style, 500 enemies in Crane Style, and 500 enemies in Snake Style.
Speaks for itself. You can grind out encounters by using Provocateur extracts, which you can buy for ¥54,000 at Iyama's Extract Shop. You can also craft these extracts yourself after completing Side Case 8: The Invisible Burglar, started by finding the stalker keyword in Buzz Researcher.
