Use this tactic on Amon, works great!
You should be able to defeat Amon with just 2 Warrior's Onslaught Extracts but I had 3 to be sure.
You have one already from the story progression (if didn't used), for the other 2 hardest to get are empty vessels - one can be bought at Onodera Wares and one from Casino under toilets from School Stories.
Compared to this video, I had to use my first extract before Amon started charging his lasers and explosions - when he starts, his attacks will interrupt you all the time, but when you drink the extract first, he doesn't get a chance to charge at all.

Just to add. You can get two more Extract containers. One is from Xi Ying Tang in Ijincho and the other is a reward for the Office Complex Gauntlet mission. You can ultimately bring up to 7 of the Warrior's Onslaughts by bringing the ingredients to make more during the fight.

I messed up with timing on this one and ended up using four Warrior's Onslaughts and it still wasn't quite enough to finish him. But if you have the DLC, you can use a telekinesis at the end and spam B. It should do enough damage to finish him off...until the next game.
