How to unlock the Sweet Jams achievement in Lost Judgment - Definitive Guide
There are 11 records in Lost Judgment that can be found in multiple ways. I would suggest having beaten the game 1st and having completed the side case "Squirrels Just Wanna Have Fun" which starts outside of Seiryo High to unlock the ability to start the squirrel activity and you must progress through "The Forbidden Taste" side case which can be picked up from the Yokohama 99 notice board to the point where you can start interacting with cats to increase your Pawpularity.
Let's Dance!- Can be bought from Ebisu Pawn in Ijincho
Long Drill on the Beach- Can be bought at Ebisu Pawn Kamurocho
Esmeralda- Can be bought from Benten Pawn in Ijincho
Girls- Can be bought at Ebisu Pawn Kamurocho (Some side info from TA user Brown Bread- This record will show up in the pawnshop after completing the Dance Club school diary storyline)
Opening- You start the game with this record.
Yagami Detective Agency- South East of the Homeless camp where Onodera's Wares is there's a car park. To get this record you will have to call the Detective Dog and walk around the bottom floor of the car park and right by a red ticket machine the dog will start barking and will circle around an area and you will get the record.
Random Fire- This one can be obtained by maxing out your pawpularity with the Gray cat in Yokohama Chinatown.
My Own Style- Found west of La Chatte Blanche in Daikokuten St. Head down the stairs that lead to Azure and you’ll see the squirrel on the inner walls of the street. This one is receiving a transmission – use your Detector and aim at the inside of the tree that is right in front of the squirrel. You’ll find the My Own Style record.
Faster Than Lightning- This record can only be obtained from the gauntlet mission Ijincho Sprint which is a chasing mission. The only tip I can give you for completing this is to use the extract they give you, don't run into anything, or else you will lose a lot of health, and don't fail any QTE. After completing that you can pick up the record outside of the door to either Yokohama 99 or Yagami's Detective Agency.
Inharmonic- Found south of Ebisu Pawn in Nakamichi Alley (Kamurocho), painted on the ground. This squirrel is listening to something, so we’ll be using the Noise Amp. The second squirrel is on the other side of the street, right at the entrance to the alleyway. This one is carrying a bone, so we’ll call Detective Dog to handle the situation. After a short trip, you’ll obtain the inharmonic record.
All's Well That Ends Well- You will get this record once you beat the game.

For some reason, the 'Girls' record isn't available at Ebisu Pawn in Kamurocho for me. Could there be anything I need to do to unlock its availability?

Try continuing through the story since the pawnshop will have more to sell the further along in the story you are. I didn't know what specific chapter it gets added so that's why I suggested you complete the story first.

One record can be found with the help of a dog near the cats in the homeless area, another one is given in Gauntlets. The rest are bought in flea markets, shops and mini-games.
