The Holy Beast can be found on disc 4, once you've acquired the White Boa. Go inside the Guest Area floor of the White Boa and head straight into the Queen's Room at the end of the floor. Talk to Ming who is standing there then press A on the Harp in front of her. You may need to visit Numara Atoll first, which is a small circular island on top of Numara to trigger a scene with Ming.
Boss tips:
Suggested average level is 45-50+
This battle is straightforward. Just equip Anti-Sleep on everyone since the Holy Beast casts Sleep on everyone and performs a powerful spell at 9999 damage when it's HP is in critical level. Equip Earth rings on Kaim and Seth and cast Powerus on both, or simply cast Groundus spells with Sarah and Ming. When he casts Sleep on everyone, you have 3 turns to defeat him or he'll do the 9999 damage spell and kill, so take him out fast.

I know the easiest way to kill this boss. Credit for this solution goes to INVAL1D, who's written an awesome FAQ for this game down at gamefaqs.com
Anyway, go to Numara (City entrance) and run to the eastern exit. Continue over the huge bridge, and take the left turnoff which takes you under the bridge. You may remember this place from an earlier quest. Well, now there's a shop opened up right at the end of the pier, you get there by going under the bridge. Buy 30 Groundus bombs.
This'll set you back 30k, but you should have that to spare. Think of this as an investment, because this defeating the boss nets you 20k (as well as the badass item, AND your ten points, of course.)
Now go to the Atoll by sailing around the coast to the north of Numara port. Engage the beast, and have everyone use Double-Item (Linked from Sed) to bombard it with Groundus bombs. It will die immediately.
I had it down to 3k health in one turn using this method. It managed to cast All-Sleep with a 80% success rate on the first turn against me, stopping me slaying it second turn, but I still managed to double-item one Groundus Bomb, and one Mint Powder to kill it third or fourth turn.
Honour is a dead word, my friends. =P

This was very easy; I only had Sed w/ double item and still crushed the boss with nobody higher than level 43. Have all your mages cast Grounda and throw 2-4 bombs per turn.
You don't need to buy 30, as 12 is enough to take off the full health of the boss.

The best way to kill this is to have kaim and seth in your front row and jansen, sarah and ming in your back. Make sure kaim, seth and at least one mage knows gamble (level 3 spirit magic). With luck you will be doing at least 3000 damage a turn. Get the rest of your party to cast grounda. The holy beasts ultimate move which kills all of your party in one hit takes several turns to charge, so once it stops attacking you only have a few turns to finish it off. But as long as you follow this and your characters are at least level 45+ you should not have to much of a problem.
