For this achievement you have to get a 3 star rating in every middle class battle
Battle 1: Poor Little Kelolons
The secret requirement is to have the kelolons survive.
Just have Jansen,Sara and Ming use there strongest elemental spell against the appropriate Wild ball. should take 1-2 turns
Battle 2: Art of Inne Sight
The secret requirement is to kill the owl first.
Equip any accessory that grants anti poison to any of your party. Take all magic uses out of the formation because they are useless with the seal status that is added permanently in the battle. Take all rings off your party because the owl has some sort of power which negates all damage done if a ring is being worn. From there just use Toltens Break Hit and keep attacking with the rest and it will go down eventually.
Battle 3: The Mantalas' Return!
The Secret requirement is to let none of your party die.
The Mantalas is in the Front Row and has 4180 HP. The mantalas will dodge alot of your attacks but as long as you equip Anti-Poison your party should survive long enough to kill it. Should go down in 1-3 turns.
Battle 4: Against All Odds
The secret requirement is not to use any items or magic
Equip Tolten with an anti-poison effect. The solider will only be doing around 100 damage a turn when he does his normal attack and 500 when he uses forcea. Just use Cutdown on him, which should do 500 a turn and should win without a problem.
Battle 5: Fireworks Night
The Secret Requirement is to win within 2 turns
This one isn't as hard as it sounds all you need to do is put Ming or Sara in your party and make sure they know level 1 Composite Magic.The enemies in this battle will self-destruct if hit with fire so cast All-Flare on the first round and in the next round the enemies will self-destruct.

For battle 5, I had to use "Casting Support" for Sara to be able to use All-Flare fast enough to be in the first round.

For battle 4, I found using Power Hit to be much more effective.

You have to score 3 stars per battle set. In order to do that, you must get the secret requirement for each battle to earn the third star.
Here are the requirements for achieving 3 stars per set:
Battle 1. Keep Kelolon Papa and Mama alive. Cast any Water spell on them to heal them.
Battle 2. You must kill the Owl first.
Battle 3. No one in your party should go down.
Battle 4. Do not use items or magic, just melee attacks.
Battle 5. Cast All-Flara/Flarus on the enemies.
