In addition to what Shavoe69 said, you can do episode 3-1, stall Cat. G untill they done getting all the thermal energy on the helicopper, then commit suicide by jumpping off the train. You should lose 250 pts from the battle gauge instead of 500 pts. (giving you more deaths). So after of this repeat.

*Also you should (dont have to) use the "quick return" ablity so you respawn quicker and Cat. G will be taking down most of trainwhile you're try to get this achievement.

Eidt: You will always lose 250 pts from the battle gauge from suicide by jumping off the train on episode 3-1 even without dealing with Cat. G. So once the level starts up just keep jumping off the train.
