In order to earn this achievement you need to play the scenario outpost. If you can get this scenario with you and a boosting partner you can work together to kill the akrid and then take in turns to deliver the T-ENG.
Since you only need to deliver 2 for the achievement, you can both earn the achievement in the same game.
Note: If trying to get this in a legitimate game, it will only count as a delivery if you are the one to deliver it, not your team.

This must be done on Alpha Lair or Outpost in Scenario mode in player match. You have to kill the Suwankaa or Tangee and pick up the canister dropped by them and deliver it to the enemies base. Then the next Akrid will spawn (rinse and repeat). You have to be the one that actually captures the canister. The first team to three captures wins the game, so two people (one on each team) can potentially get this achievement (unless you’re boosting, then its guaranteed of course). If you’re going for the "Top Dog" achievement, just capture all three.

This trophy must be done in the map Outpost and on the game mode "Scenario". As the first objective in this map you must kill a Tangaant Akrid (the scorpion-like Akrid) and then retrieve the pure T-ENG canister from it. You must then personally escort the canister to the designated drop off point, your character will automatically undergo an animation of placing the canister down once you are right next to the drop off point. There will be 3 Akrid to kill hence 3 T-ENG canisters. You must bag and deliver 2 of these. You will know when you are in containment of a T-ENG canister as your character will glow orange. Try to take a more elaborate and unexpected route to the drop off point, the enemy will more than likely anticipate you will try to take the shortest route. An icon will remain over your head whilst you carry the canister and so you are the number 1 concern to the enemy. You should try to hurry to the drop off point whilst being cautious at the same time, killing enemies on the way if necessary. Try and escort teammates if they have the canister as you may get lucky and they get killed just before the drop off point, allowing you to pick up the canister and deposit it for an easy delivery.
