How to unlock the Drilling Down achievement in Lost Planet 3 - Definitive Guide

This will be the thirteenth campaign achievement of the game. Without spoiling any of the story, this is a story related and cannot be missed.

At the time of writing this, the name of the achievement has not yet been posted on TA, the name of this achievement is "Drilling Down".

Story related, cannot be missed.

You will be guided to an area where you are asked to drill for T-ENG. While drilling your rig becomes quadrupedal and cannot be entered. As your rig is drilling for T-ENG it will come under attack from 3 waves of enemies. The first wave will be some Sepia and Bolsepia, the second wave beng some Goonroe's and the third being a Vorgg. This task is very easy, even on Hard difficulty. If you become on low health, cower under the centre of the rig to regenerate health as the Akrid cannot attack you here. Two of the legs of the rig will have a gun outline on them, these will provide you with ammunition and so effectively you have unlimited ammunition in this section. This section is really very easy, you can even repair the rig if it is damaged by going under the centre of the rig!
