**note, you must have acquired the magnetic grapple hook upgrade. **

first memento that i collected was in picketts folly, about halfway through the lava area there is a grapple point that your mech rig can attach its claw arm to by pressing LB when prompted. after zip lining across follow the area round till you find another zipline. climb up and look to the right for a ledge and you should see a blue/purple cursor, grapple up there and drop down to find the memento and other bits at the end of the little area.
