to go to new section called Hill's Lunch.
Start up the mini game Cold Jam which is the left most one. Collect 15 or more jams before dying to unlock this achievement.

Mine unlocked with collecting only 2 on the first try and 13 in the next. Popped before the mini-game finished.

That's a weird one... it does say in the description to beat the record and record is shown as 15 and my achievement only unlocked after I died.
