This one is very straightforward. You do not have to create unique spritnite, it can be 50 of the same one, 25 of the same one, and another 25 of the same one, so on so forth. The materials needed to create spritnites are the memories you get from monsters. Some rarer memories, but mostly the common ones, so you'll most likely have x50 of certain memories that you can throw away as you'll get many more of them.
You can create spritnites at the magic consortiums, these merchants share buildings with the blacksmith in any down besides the capital. In the capital, the magic consortium has its own building dedicated to it.
