TROPHY DESCRIPTION ----- Ate Fruit Jelly.
This trophy can not be done until after you've escaped the Fade Realm in the story. Once you have, take your winger and head back to mirror lake and interact with the beam of light. Once in Fade Realm, head to Fade Town, the place with an inn and people.
Once there, speak to the Chef, instead of seeking ingredients, choose the buy option this time. He'll ask for Black Banana (1). Love Berry (1). Dawn Apple (1). These Ingredients can be found on glow spots around the entire of fade realm, so go out on your winger and collect. If no luck, head back and rest at the Inn 3-4 times to respawn them.
Once you get the Fruit Jelly, just eat it for your trophy.
