This one is fairly easy. I would recommend saving your game before-hand, as you can spam-sell your inventory and get rid of items you may want, so reloading is recommended.
Just go into any shop when you're near/at the end of the game, or anywhere close. Sell the materials, as a lot of these are money-making items, then your weapons, armor, and consumables. I was able to make over 300k in sales, making my way towards the 1mil trophy.
