Right before the end of Love - Game, you'll come home to find the girl watching a show on the couch. The house will be a mess, and you'll have two options to say something. Instead of saying anything, silently clean up for her by clicking on the trash in the area. She'll stop you and finish the work herself, unlocking the achievement.
