To get this, select only colored restaurant reviews during the mini-game. The mini-game itself takes place between the WeChat scene and the theater scene. It can be replayed after the first attempt. The first two will drop slowly, clearly singled out from the black and white reviews. The next two will drop together, followed by another group with three colored ones. These all fall fairly slow, so it's not too difficult to catch even the last three before they're gone.
The last four are in a follow-the-right-cup type of game. Reviews 8 & 9 are on their own, but 10 & 11 are both in the last round. While it's not impossible to follow both simultaneously, you can also get around having to guess by having your Xbox take a capture after the scrambling is over. Then you can pause the game, go back, and watch the scramble however many times you need to in order to figure out where the good reviews ended up.
You can't miss one, or else you will also lose a point. Thankfully it is a very short mini-game so multiple attempts aren't time consuming. Happy hunting!
