This achievement is earned during the phone call scene, the one where the girl and boy are in their own rooms on the phone. In both rooms, you will see items related to cats, video games, and music. You need to click both items in each pair to match them, and initiate a conversation about them between the couple.
Once you've done that, there will be a secret dialogue option. This can be accessed by holding down on the right thumbstick. Once this is up, you'll see three bubbles around the girl and the boy each. Click the boy's left (closer to the lower part of the screen) and the girl's left to match the hearts, the boy's right and the girl's middle to match the stars, and the last two remaining to match the keys. Once this is done, the achievement will pop.
