Below is a video walkthrough of this being done. If you are ever killed, simply hit start, quit, and re-start the stage for the achievement. This must all be done in a single run. Note some of the dead ends that the player uses to help them take their time with building a path in the video. You have all the time in the world in these sections so do not rush these parts and you'll eventually get this with some luck.
If you have already collected the fireflies in this stage previously, don't worry. collected fireflies will still appear in stages as "ghost" flies even after already acquiring them so you can still pick them up when replaying stages.

This stage unlocks in Act 2. You need to obtain every firefly in one run, and it's easier then it sounds. Not counting the platform you start on, grab the four on the upcoming platform, then grab the four IN the platform using pipe bombs and fans, then the fireflies start going upwards, there's two sets of two before you reach another platform when it follows the pattern of platform, two, platform with two IN it, two, and repeat. There are six platforms in the sky, and the last two just have four fireflies on the top. Just make sure you move fast to get the pieces you need.
