An easy way to get this is to restart until your first block is a solid color. Place that block and wait for the timeline to clear it and you will get an all clear bonus for 10,000 points.
There is also a single color bonus for only having one color on screen which will give you another 1,000 points. Keep these bonuses in mind when playing.
Remember to go only as fast as your skill allows. Focus on clearing the blocks and keeping your screen clear rather than going for large combos. Keeping the screen as clear as you can also makes getting those bonuses easier.
