To get this you will need to play through all of the skins until you reach the skin you started on.
This achievement does take some time as there are 12 skins in the game meaning you have to play through all 12. Give yourself 45 minutes or longer, I'm not sure exactly how long it takes.
Remember, go slow and give yourself time. Don't rush yourself as you are sure to mess up if you start rushing and going faster than your skill will allow.
Focus on clearing your blocks and keeping your screen clear rather than large combos and points.

What makes the skins change? Time? Combos? Score?
It gets too hard for me around the chocolate and mint colored ones, but I might benefit from playing slower if it is time-based.

I believe it's just time based though I'm not entirely sure
