This is fairly easy and should come naturally. What you have to do is creating squares by combining blocks of the same color. You can add to a square to increase it. There is a counter showing how many squares you added to one square.

In my opinion this is the easiest way to achieve it (there might be more ways):
1. While playing Basic Challenge mode unlock the skin called "I hear the music in my soul". This one has a slower timeline sweep.
2. Go to "Skin Edit" mode, only select "I hear the music in my soul" and "Ok".
3. Select "Endless"

Since the timeline sweep is slower you have a better chance to create 10 squares.
