For this you need to first unlock at least 10 "skins" (a theme which consists of the background, music & sound effects and block colors). The easiest way to do this is to play the "Basic Challenge" and "VS CPU" where you unlock a skin after completing each new stage.
Once you have enough skins go to "Skin Edit" mode and select 10 skins and "Single Lap". Now you need to complete all 10 stages. I personally tried to keep the playing field mostly clear of blocks. Once you have a fast stage you can pause the game to take your time and think where to place the next block. It takes around 20-30 minutes to complete.
