This is done by using the glowing + blocks to eliminate a chain of 25 or more blocks. You'll probably get this by accident at some point, but you can force it by creating a long snake instead of blocks that can be eliminated. When the + comes down, touch it to the chain and the achievement will unlock. It might take a few tries since you can't predict which color the next + will be, so you might have made the 'wrong' snake.
