Holoroom Support is the last feature you will unlock, in Y2019 M7 W1.
Start a new game, with all features unlocked, random events disabled, tutorials disabled. Names, location and speciality are irrelevant. Start in the small garage in year 2010, game speed fastest, difficulty Hard.
Built a 3x3 staff room and. 3x4 toilet, and a 3x4 research room. The moment you unlock touch support (which will be a few months), put yourself in the team search room, set to Auto and start researching the features.
All that's left is setting the game to fast forward and leave it alone for ~ 30 minutes. You'll have to keep an eye on it to swat away the end of year results and Mad Games Convention invitation, plus to make sure you're still researching, but with the only outgoings being the tiny building rental and the research features (being around 30k each), you should have enough money in your account to last you until 2020.
This achievement can stack with your Legendary playthrough if you fancy doing it that way instead.
Once you've unlocked Holoroom Support, demolish the Research Room, take out the maximum loan, build the biggest dev room you can and cram it with desks, then hire as many devs as you did desks and build the engine with everything in it.
