Mad Games Tycoon (EP)

This is achieved when you self publish a game that either you've developed, or someone else has developed. You'll need to unlock and build the production and warehouse rooms before you're able to do this. From there, you can click on the room to publish someone else's game to immediately earn the achievement, or you can wait until a game you or one of your owned studios is developing to complete and simply publish it yourself.
