How to unlock the Fresh Air achievement in Mad Max - Definitive Guide

This achievement can be obtained naturally by simply roaming the open world, (look for brown plank ramps that curve slightly upward and drive off them, it does not matter how long you stay in the air). However, it is also possible to get the achievement over the course of the main story, very early on, if you simply stick with it long enough.

Play through the main missions in Chumbucket's stronghold, The Tabernacle, until you fulfill his request to get the car nitrous. After you achieve this, he will request you demonstrate the nitrous by taking the car off of one such jump. Once you do so, which you must to advance the story, achievement unlocked.

Any idea why mine says 100% but doesn't say unlocked or has given me this achievement is there anything i can try many thanks.

It's likely an issue with the Xbox Live servers. If your console cannot connect to them because they are down, then the achievement will not unlock until it can. Give it a few days; it should unlock.

Still not unlocked, now the maximum air achievement is stuck on 99%😣

That's strange. Usually, when that is shown it is an issue with the servers. Seeing as I have not seen an issue with Live for a few days, I would suggest contacting Xbox Support.

There some jump around the world. Just look on the map at purple/white stunt jump. Drive to it and succesfull (or not?!) make the jump.

Its fun!!! YIHEEAAA

Story related and cannot be missed.

Early in the game you will need to test the Nitro boost by using a Wasteland jump. Boost the Magnum Opus off the jump and the trophy will unlock.

At the end of Act 01 you'll acquire the nitro boost upgrade for your Magnum Opus. Immediately after acquiring it, you'll be instructed to test the nitro out by using it as you go off a ramp, at which point this achievement will unlock.

Having left the tinsmith's shelter there will be a springboard on the right along the road, accelerate and jump. You will drive past it when the task is to ram the scarecrows.

There is no need to specifically look for a springboard. According to the story, the Tin Man will tell you to test nitro accelerators and a mark will appear on the map. There's just a springboard there.

I would like to add one important feature . I received the trophy by accident without setting a goal to perform the jump. It turns out that it is not necessary to fly for 4 seconds , the main thing is not to touch the surface (Earth) with the wheels during this time. In my case, I managed to turn the car with its belly up and hold on in this position for more than 4 seconds. The trophy fell out.
