How to unlock the The Saint achievement in Mad Max - Definitive Guide
When I first wrote this solution there wasn't a shred of doubt in my mind that to get this, you couldn't just take an Archangel & drive to the first & best Death Run, instead, I firmly believed that you first had to defeat the race at the Death Run location (there are several different locations) in BOTH of the 2 none-archangel cars to unlock the possibility of doing the race in an Archangel (each Death Run location has a specific Archangel connected to it) but thanks to Elyoh we now know that you DON'T need to do the 2 none-archangel races...
TL, DR: You don't need to do the 2 none-archangel races first.
So simply start by acquiring an Archangel, the first you get following the storyline is The Jack (see spoiler on how & when you get it)
So now that you have The Jack unlocked, the Death Run location that has a race for The Jack Archangel can be found at the South West corner of Jeet's Territory in the Blackmaws Region, Death Runs are marked by a skull looking Trophy but might not be on the map yet so just stay on the road that goes through the South West corner of the Region.
Now once you reach the Death Run you only need the LEGENDARY TIME in the Archangel, at least as far as the achievement goes, however, if you're still leveling up, you might want the token anyway ... there is, however, more than twice the tokens needed during the game so don't spend too much time on tricky ones you won't need them, not even for 100% achievement completion so unless you're going for 100% game completion, just avoid the trickiest ones...
Anywhoo good luck

Good solution, but you need to work on your grammar.

I just turned up at the location you mentioned with The Jack and raced the race straight away, no need to do the first two.

MAP BELOW !
Death Run refers to the cars races in the desert arranged by Crow Dazzle , a character of the game .
You can find them looking for a cup in the map and generally there are at least one or two race for each region .
The Archangel are version of your car, with a certain configuration (i. e. engine, spike, armor, tires).
Once you reach the circuit , you can choose between a time trial (on the right) and the race mode of the circuit (on the left) .
Easiest way to do this is get the Factotum Archangel (story related) , reach the first Crow Dazzle race , choose the left option (the race mode of that circuit) that enable you to use the Factotum (in order to use the factotum you have to win the race with the first two cars you can select, and only after the factotum will become available to be selected)
The death Run you have to complete is the one on the right of the 1022 scraps symbol on this screenshot

Self explanatory. An Archangel is a car with a specific body and upgrades. Chumbucket has the recipes for the different Archangels. You just need to choose an Archangel and win a race. Killing the opposition is highly recommended. 😉
Story related and cannot be missed.
You will be required to win a Death Race using an Archangel build during one of the the story missions.
This guide was translated automatically.
As you progress through the game, different types of races will appear. You need to go through this race on an archangel (in the car upgrade menu, by pressing square you can see the “Archangels” cars), fulfill all the conditions for access to this type of car, open the “Archangel”, complete the race on it and the trophy is yours.

According to the plot, you will need to win the race on the Archangel “Death Racer”, which you assembled yourself. Therefore, there is no need to spend quite valuable scrap on this solely for the sake of the trophy, and you can pump up a lot of things this way.
