Every time you complete a new level it will unlock 2 weapons so all you have to do is progress in adventure until you get to the level Toy Race in adventure mode.
Then beat Toy Race for the achievement. You also don't need the gold or silver medals as bronze will progress you to the next level and unlock the weapons.
