After many attempts trying to fly off a ramp and hitting the truck from the side, I figured out that you need to land on top of the truck in order for it to count. I found this easy to do by hitting the truck 4 out of 5 times then follow it until it comes to a hill. Once the truck is almost over the hill, accelerate to hit the hill and get enough air to land on top of the truck that just went over the hill.

Quite simple really just bash the truck 4 times out of 5 and then make sure that the 5th hit is done from the air. There are loads of jumps and places to get your jeep in the air so it should be pretty easy to get after a few attempts.

The hardest part of this achievement is, I think, to be patient lol. Because sometimes, you have to drive soooo much, that you can get upset about waiting too much ahah. Anyway, I made a video if you wanne see by yourself ;)
