Here is what I did
Won jungle chess on hard
Won 1 level of Melman's clinic on Hard
Completed 9 holes of Mini Golf - No difficulty setting
Won level 1 of JUICY JUICY on hard
Won level 1 of Monkey Match on hard
Won IKO IKO in Volcano Rave on Hard
Won 1 game of Soccer on Hard (up to 1 goal)
Won Hot Durian game on hard set to 2 players (me and comp)
Completed DIVING in one location
Won a Game of Musical Chairs
Basically what Cooben did, but just the bare minimum.
Unlocked the achieve just after I won the last game and you do not have to do it all at once, but it takes around 15 minutes to do everything (if you have completed the game) so you might as well, but if you decide to do it on several occasions better use the same save slot, cuz you have 4 save slots to choose from.

Let me add that playing the chess game on Sun-Tzu level counts as hard. This way you can get the other achievement for beating the AI on Sun-Tzu mode.

Also, confirmed on the totals in this guide. Doing these challenges during the story will not count towards this achievement. +1 on this, cheers.

This is what i did to net the achievement
Won jungle chess on hard
Won / completed 1 level in Melmans clinic on Hard

Not sure whether you have to go to level 20 on Juicy juicy i thought that was the only event i hadnt completed but id forgot musical chairs

Does this have to be done in one sitting or can it be achieved via multiple sessions????

It's ok i finally got this achieve, and for the record it can be done in multiple sittings. It finally popped up after winning a 7 goal game of football on hard for me.

I didn't do the diving minigame or the mini-golf. It isn't necessary because there is no difficulty setting. This achievement is not as hard as it seems. The only minigame that took me more than 5 tries was the game of musical chairs. Otherwise the achievement is overall easy.

I can also add that you don't have to do it in one sitting. I wondered about this since it doesn't look like it saves. But I did the Jungle chess years ago, so only 7 more today.
