To get this achievement you must first finish the PENGUIN CAPERS mission and learn you need to collect monkeys to fix the plane. Do the Convoy chase monkey collect first to be sure. As in this free roam area of THE WATERHOLE you can choose what missions you do first. After you find out about the Monkeys head to the WATER CAVES and then onto WOOING GLORIA.
Once out of the water smash the 5 boulders around you using the chilli to dash, each has a monkey behind it. Then head to next area and the water pump , water the plants and grow the chilli, use the chilli to smash the boulder leading to JUICY JUICY mini game and achievement unlocked

Indeed, do the PENGUIN CAPERS first, as this is a missable achievement. I played WOOING GLORIA first and had smashed only the boulder leading to JUICY JUICY mini game and this boulder ofcourse stays smashed. Later on, while smashing the other 5 boulders with monkeys behind it, the achievement sadly didn't unlock and frankly I don't feel like going for a 2nd run ;)
