How to unlock the Coin Collector achievement in Madagascar 2 - Definitive Guide

This guide is made by darthmarsden for GameFAQs and all credit goes to him cuz his guide helped me TREMENDOUSLY!
It contains locations of all coins and monkeys and if you use it from the start you should be OK (if you manage to complete the requirements, cuz some are tricky)!

To answer the question for anybody in the future, no you cannot miss this. If you pause the game and go exit to map, you can select and replay any level you wish.

Well I tried coming back to this game after years and my gamesave softlocked at 97%...

Same deal here as fruitshootman. I can't get back into the minigame where you kick Mort at the targets (it's in the level where the plane is being built up in a huge tree). I replayed that level up to that bit but instead of getting the cutscene after Melman's part, I got a black screen. Leaving the stage and coming back didn't help- even when I tried replaying all the way through "In Madagascar" up to that point (same save file). So this.. suuuuuuucks.
