I believe there are 5 short cuts on this race. On the first lap do them all and then take the shortcut up and over the track,on the second go under the tunnel and take that shortcut to unlock the achievement

There are 4 or 5 shortcuts then. Wrote this a while ago now cant honestly remember

I counted 4 shortcuts (could be 5?)
To “do” a shortcut you need boost (carrots), look for the slightly darker ramps on the side ( usually with bronze coins on them.
You need to boost and enter a small cutscene where you run the shortcut automatically.
Theres 3 (or 4) smaller shortcuts, and the 1 big shortcut up and over most of the track ( big shortcut has 3 monkeys as well)
Theres 2 laps in the race, by doing the big shortcut you skip one of the smaller ones below it, which was the last one for me and achievement unlocked
