MINI GAME in DAMBUSTERS - STORY RELATED
This is the last mini game ,you are piloting the plane once again. The idea is to destroy the dam, so hit the dam where indicated 3/4 times untill a raft spawns and begins to target your plane. I sat in one place until the counter went to 2 then moved around the screen keeping the target green(meaning the missile wont hit) 11 more time and the achievement will unlock

I don't think staying still works too well as it means they get a lock on. I circled in one area keeping the target green then like you said strayed across when it gets to around 2. have still voted pos

agreed with comment but found the tip of where/when to go for it very useful. You should sit in the middle and do circles that will cause it to do big loops around you and never come close to turning red.
