All you have to do is when you start a Franchise, once you are at your team schedule, click the Right Stick.

I actually got it by pausing during an exhibition game and while checking the stat section in the top right hand corner, I clicked the right stick. Bleep bloop.

In addition to Pashos x360a's solution, you can get this achievement in any game. Start up a game (play now/franchise, gamer's choice), and once in, just pause the game, click the right stick, and as the stats for the game slide into view, the achievement will pop.

I didn't make this video, randomx53 on youtube deserves all the credit. It very specifically illustrates this method so I thought I would share.

Pretty simple to unlock: just “click” the Right Stick while in the schedule during Franchise Mode.
