turn AI settings down and user settings up. Now go into my madden settings and turn quarter time to 1 min. Go into franchise mode choose your team and go play first game. (pre season) with all the settings in your favor you will dominate once you score just run clock out and achievement pops at end of game.

You can earn this achievement while you're trying to get the others. All you really have to do is pick an extremely good team (New England Patriots), put it on the easiest difficulty, and face a bad team.
